BUILT BY JUSTICE. DRIVEN BY PURPOSE

Meet Amber

Where Purpose Was Born

Amber’s lifelong pursuit of justice began early. Long before she stepped onto the bench, she witnessed a family member struggle under the weight of a system that too often fails the people who need it most.

She saw how the law — something meant to be fair and protective — could feel distant, inconsistent, and selectively applied. She watched her mother carry both love and survival on her back, teaching her that strength isn’t loud…it’s persistent. And freedom isn’t granted…it’s fought for.

Those early moments didn’t just shape Amber’s worldview — they anchored her purpose. She didn’t choose the law because it was prestigious. She chose it because she knew what it felt like when justice arrived late…or didn’t arrive at all.

That experience lit the fire that guides her still. No one should have to fight alone for the fairness they are guaranteed.

As a young lawyer, Amber carried the weight of her family’s story into every courtroom she entered. When she ascended to the bench, she brought her lived experience with her — not as bias, but as clarity.

Her judicial philosophy was simple and unwavering: The law should never discriminate. Accountability should never be selective. And justice must be transparent enough for the public to trust it.

On the bench, she:

  • Protected constitutional rights even when it was politically unpopular
  • Challenged discriminatory practices that had gone unchecked for years
  • Demanded accountability from every actor in the system — including institutions themselves

Amber didn’t just interpret the law. She reminded the system who it was supposed to serve.

Why Our Community Matters

Dallas County is filled with people who believe in fairness, dignity, and second chances. People who work hard, love their families, and want a justice system that reflects their values. But our community also knows what it feels like when the system falls short:

  • Families waiting months — sometimes years — for answers
  • Victims and accused individuals left without clear communication, sitting in limbo with missing evidence
  • Communities feeling unheard, unseen, and unprotected

We’ve all felt the weight of a system that can — and must — do better. This is our shared story. Amber isn’t running for herself. She’s running because Dallas County deserves a justice system shaped with the people, not against them.

The Moment We’re In

Right now, our county is facing a defining choice: Do we accept a justice system that operates in the shadows… or do we build one that works in the open? Amber believes the answer is clear.

This moment demands courage — the kind that tells the truth, insists on integrity, and protects every person’s rights whether the cameras are rolling or not.

She is stepping forward to run for Dallas County District Attorney because: This county deserves a DA who puts People Over Politics — every single day.

Not when it’s convenient. Not when it’s easy. But always.

  • Fairness you can see
  • Accountability you can trust
  • Justice rooted in truth, not politics
